Do you have a showroom?

Moxit.com is our showroom. We operate exclusively online, however, we do have a warehouse and an administrative office based in Dubai.

Do I need to have a membership with MOX iT in order to shop?

MOX IT is a membership-free shopping destination. Shop at MOX IT; no strings attached.

Do I have to pay for MOX iT membership?

Joining MOX IT is absolutely free. There is no joining fee nor obligation to buy.

What are the terms and conditions?

How can I shop at MOX iT?

If you would like to order an item or deal from our website, please select the desired quantity (how many) and the chosen size (for footwear & fashion), and add it to your Shop IT cart. After confirming your selected purchases, choose your shipping address and preferred payment method. After purchase, you will receive an email and SMS confirming your order and containing an order number for tracking purposes.

Can I order by phone?

Why don't I get any information about the daily offers despite signing up to the website?

How is the original price determined?

We determine the price with identical or similar products offered for sale elsewhere. The original price does not necessarily represent the retail price in every market.

How do I know that the Product is authentic?

All our merchandise is 100% authentic and comes directly from authorized distributors or carefully selected suppliers. We have a quality assurance team that checks the authenticity of each product we sell on Mox iT.

Do you have a minimum price for an order?

No, there is no minimum price for an order.

Can I order an item that is sold out?

When an item is sold out, there is no more available stock of that item. However keep checking our website on a daily basis because we might source additional quantities. You may also suggest the items or deals you would like to see at MOX iT on our social media pages. n the near future.

I bought a deal from MOX iT, how do I use it?

When you click on the deal you intend to purchase, you will see all the details provided on how to obtain it, how to use it and when it expires.

Do I need to use my MOX iT voucher on the same day that I buy it?

No. Each voucher has its own expiry date which is explicitly expressed in the deal’s details. Please check the validity period of your voucher for more details. Your partner won’t redeem my voucher and it has not expired. If you have trouble redeeming your voucher or you’d like to discuss the matter in detail, kindly contact our customer support team.

Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?

Yes, absolutely! MOX iT vouchers make a great gift to present to your loved ones. On the Check Out page please make sure that you add all your friend’s details before placing the order.

Can I change the quantity of vouchers I buy from MOX iT?

If you wish to add vouchers, then kindly place a new order. But if you wish to cancel some vouchers, yes it is possible under the condition that the promotion is still valid, not redeemed, and does not exceed 14 days from the date of purchase. To do so, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Can I cancel the vouchers I buy from MOX iT?

If my voucher expires, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for expired vouchers which is why we urge you to be certain if the expiry date of the deal is convenient for you.

MOX iT insures all shipments against theft and accidental damage, at no cost for you. Once the merchandise has been delivered and signed for, the insurance ceases to be in effect.

Am I able to exchange an item in my order?

Items may be exchanged in cases of unfit sizing regarding footwear and clothing if not used or washed, if the wrong item was delivered to you, or if your order is damaged. Please check our Return Policy for more information.

How do I exchange a product?

You are entitled to return the product within 72 hours from the time of delivery if the product falls under exchangeable items category. Please contact our Customer Support Team and we will arrange to exchange your order for free. Please check our Return Policy for more information.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Contact our Customer Support Team providing your order number and tell them about the damage and defect. They will be more than happy to assist you. Please check our Return Policy for more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

MOX iT offers multiple payment options. We accept payment by debit card and credit card both (VISA and MASTER Cards). Moreover, we accept PayPal and Cash On Delivery payments. You may also pay by redeeming your MOX iT points. Please check our Rewards Proram

Are my payments and all other transactions secured?

Yes. MOX iT accepts credit card and debit card payments through a secure online server. All transaction data is sent over the highest security rating any web page can possibly attain. You can be assured that your data is secure at all times.

Which countries do MOX iT ship to?

For the time being we are delivering to the entire UAE, in the near future we will be delivering to the rest of the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait), Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt. The shipping cost outside UAE will be paid by the customer as well as custom fees if applicable.

How are my items shipped?

We package your orders manually at our MOX iT warehouse. We have our own express delivery as well as a partner courier company who will contact you before delivery to confirm your address and time of delivering to assure your order makes it to your doorstep.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or within 3 days; however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control, as we often outsource our top brands from Europe and the US.

How do I track and check the status of my orders?

If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account and click on “My Account” tab and then “Your Orders”. You will then see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to look into your order and update you on its delivery status.

What should I do if something is missing?

If, contrary to expectations and despite the most careful work of our employees, an item is missing, you should contact our Customer Support Team and they will endeavor to fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.

What are the technical requirements to be able to shop at MOX iT?

You need an existing Internet connection and a computer installed with Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2.0, Google Chrome v.10, Safari 3 or later versions. Moreover, please enable cookies and javascript within your browser settings.

What should I do if I forget my password?
